Starting of Office Work with National Anthem

Monday, November 6, 2017 to Friday, November 30, 2018 Location:Guwahati

The Hon'ble Mayor, Sri Mrigen Sarania has taken up the initiative of singing the National Anthem in all the Offices of Guwahati Municipal Corporation at 10:00 am before starting up daily office work. This step has been taken from 6th of November 2017 with a view to make the employees punctual, ethical and corruption free towards their office work. The National Anthem has been sung by all the employees in all the Zonal and Divisional Offices of Guwahati Municipal Corporation located around the city.
